The mission of the State Troopers Professionalism & Ethics Division (P.E.D.) is to conduct thorough, timely, and impartial investigations of alleged misconduct by the members of the San Andreas State Troopers. These investigations will be appropriately documented in a legal and ethical manner. The P.E.D. is staffed by department supervisors chosen by the Commissioner of the State Troopers. These chosen members investigate all complaints submitted using the PED Complaint Form, and issue appropriate mediative actions to combat misconduct.
